Over the last year and a half, we’ve conceived and developed a methodology which leads to increased event attendance. Our new RSVP platform influences users to attend mid to high-end events (like yours). It’s really cool because we categorize events in niche communities (we call them social circles) making it extremely easy for like-minded people to find your events.

Our RSVP platform starts the viral marketing process for you. All you have to is offer an admission incentive like complimentary or reduced admission to people to make them “act.” The admission incentive is the key to the RSVP which acts a the release mechanism for the viral marketing process.

It’s pretty cool. You give people an admission incentive, they give you a release point for viral marketing in return, and your marketing expenses will begin to drop.

Step 1: List Your Events – It’s Free

Yes, you read that correctly. There is absolutely no charge to post your events on our RSVP platform. Feel free to post as many events as you’d like. The submission process takes about 5 minutes and your event will be posted to our platform. Pretty easy, huh?

You may list your event in up to three Social Circles – meaning you can target three different crowds for your event. For example, your event may be for people who like to attend live music events but who are also really into high-fashion and like art shows. Just list your event in those three Social Circles and you are done.

But if you want your event to stand out from the crowd…you can give your event the extra attention it deserves by making it a Featured Event in each social circle.

Clique = Digital Word-Of-Mouth

The most exciting part of our platform is Clique, a unique feature which electronically starts the most difficult aspect of viral marketing to replicate – word-of-mouth. Clique will automatically notify a group of each user’s closest friends every time they RSVP to your event.

For example, Samantha goes out to a lot of events with Tasha, Ricky, and Victor. When Samantha RSVP’s for a concert next Friday, Ricky, Victor, and Tasha (her Clique) receive a message stating “Samantha is going to a concert next Friday. Would you like to RSVP?”

We expect, on average, each user RSVP will cause another 12 users to RSVP for your event.

Get Some People To Add You As Their Favorite Event Organizer!

We’re really excited about the Favorite Event Organizer feature where, like Twitter, each time you post an event to the platform the people who have added you as one of their Favorite Event Organizers (your “followers”) will automatically receive an email stating that you have posted a cool event and directs them to RSVP.

Of course, once they RSVP their Clique is notified. So if you have 2,000 followers, then 2,000 people will receive an email about your event as soon as you post it!

So, go out and get some followers! Direct your friends and those on your mailing list to your Public Profile page so they can follow you.
